Senior Software Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new product features and scalable infrastructure with modern frameworks.
• Lead complex, high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical direction.
• Set technical strategy for key areas to support rapid business growth and product scaling.

Team and Projects:

• Join the Test Experience team to enhance Automated Tests, a core platform feature for compliance monitoring.
• Work on integrating AI agents and LLM tools throughout the test lifecycle for creation and remediation.
• Focus on scaling infrastructure to handle Vanta's expanding customer base and high usage.

Success Factors:

• Require at least 6 years of full stack development experience with TypeScript and GraphQL.
• Possess a product-mindset, empathy for users, and a passion for detail in customer-facing features.
• Demonstrate interest in security and a willingness to responsibly apply AI tools to improve work efficiency.
