Key Responsibilities:

- Over 8 years of full stack experience with a strong backend focus and SaaS product development.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams on large, multi-stakeholder projects spanning weeks or months.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in both startup and enterprise environments.
