Sustainability Manager

As Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing the end-to-end sustainability strategy at Nivoda. Reporting to the Director of Risk, your core mission is to drive tangible, measurable impact through sustainability initiatives that improve buyer conversion, increase LTV, and build long-term supplier trust—while meeting our shareholder’s commitments and regulatory obligations. This is an execution-heavy role for someone who thrives on building scalable processes, aligning teams, and driving accountability through systems, data, and clear delivery milestones. You will own the Sustainability Delivery Plan, translate sustainability strategy into actionable quarterly roadmaps, design and implement a supplier acceptance framework, enhance Diamond Traceability from Mine to Market, and deliver Nivoda’s RJC certification readiness by building an end-to-end audit plan. You will also support the development of Nivoda’s carbon tracking approach with a focus on supply chain emissions (Scope 3), and translate internal progress into credible sustainability proof points for use in PR, marketing, customer communications, and stakeholder reporting.
