Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical)

We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between top clinical talent and our hiring managers—sourcing, engaging, and nurturing candidates through a variety of recruiting strategies. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care by bringing in the people who make it possible. You’ll source and attract qualified therapists using diverse recruiting and sourcing methods, build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, attend job fairs, screen resumes, and maintain accurate records. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of recruiting experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Up to 20% domestic travel is required.
