Senior Product Designer

We're seeking a designer with deep experience in product design and research, including leading discovery and usability testing. They should have a track record of collaborating with and mentoring other designers, as well as comfort balancing beautiful design with practical, user-validated outcomes. The designer will lead design work on complex, ambiguous projects and ensure quality across initiatives. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, representing TXI with clients, and applying expertise in visual design and brand systems. This role begins as a 6-month contract with the intention of converting to a full-time position. During the contract phase, individuals will onboard with the design practice, lead projects, and build relationships across TXI.
