Provide world-class support to B2B customers as a Remote Customer Support & Vetting Specialist. Play a critical role in two areas of focus: creating exceptional customer support experiences and new member vetting. Promptly respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and troubleshoot issues. Manage new member applications, account setup, account upgrades, and waitlist management to maintain a high-quality membership base. Qualify inbound membership applications, analyze data, and communicate with applicants professionally. Maintain documentation, assess risks, and implement process improvements.
