Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Technical Leadership:

• Lead architecture and infrastructure strategy for a scalable consumer platform.

• Ensure reliability, performance, and security across all systems.

Engineering Execution:

• Work hands-on with Rust backend systems, APIs, and distributed services.
• Balance tradeoffs between scalability, speed, and simplicity in a startup environment.
• Mentor engineers and maintain strong technical involvement.

Compensation Structure:

• This role is currently deferred compensation with significant equity and token participation.
• Salary will normalize post-funding; requires resilience and long-term commitment.
