Role Overview:
- Architect and scale core infrastructure for Volt's messaging platform.
- Build real-time systems supporting messaging operations, onboarding, compliance, routing, and operational visibility.
- Work closely with Engineering leadership, Product, and Customer Operations to improve scalability, reliability, and automation.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end systems and APIs.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, observability, and operational efficiency.
- Build systems that support high-volume messaging throughput and operational workflows.
AI Expectations for This Role:
- Systematic use of agentic coding workflows and AI-assisted debugging.
- Infrastructure and architecture analysis with AI tooling.
- Automated documentation, code review, and prototyping with AI.
