Job Description
Own the member lifecycle, leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app channels. Act as the system steward, managing all operations in Braze, including audience segmentation, personalization, QA, scheduling, and reporting. Manage monthly intake of projects, reviewing requests, managing tickets in Jira, and communicating with stakeholders on project needs. Manage Braze contractor who supports building, QAing, and launching Braze campaigns. Lead initiatives to improve member retention and program enrollment through data-driven experimentation. Partner with product, clinical, and marketing teams to bring engagement strategies to life. Use analytics to identify and test weak points in the user journey and report on key metrics. Ensure all member communications are on-brand and deliver a consistent experience. Propose and execute on journey improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.
