In this role, you will leverage your empathy, critical thinking, and wealth of experience to empower individuals and teams across DuckDuckGo to achieve our goals. You'll provide guidance through high-touch performance management, which will require you to constantly learn about new domains in order to provide exceptional support. You'll apply this same quality bar to your support of Functional Teams as they navigate the changes that come with a scaling tech organization.
Our People Ops organization is hands-on and committed to working closely with team members across DuckDuckGo to support and meet the organization's evolving requirements as we scale. You'll provide hands-on HRBP support and advisory to 8-12 functional teams by leading performance improvement processes, investigating team member relations concerns, assessing when teams require additional support to meet the organization's needs, and managing related projects.
