Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product line and stay updated on beauty industry trends. Create visually appealing product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and well-organized. Provide personalized skincare and makeup recommendations based on customer needs. Assist in managing inventory and restocking products as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
