Financial Controller - Industrial Services Industry Remote

The Financial Controller will serve as a trusted advisor to multiple business presidents, tailoring financial insights to their operational needs. The controller will lead full-cycle accounting operations including A/P, A/R, GL, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and payroll. They will also manage month-end and year-end closes, including reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and deferred revenue adjustments. Additionally, they will prepare trial balances, variance analyses, and financial reporting dashboards. The Financial Controller will identify and implement process improvements across accounting systems, POS integrations, and reporting workflows.
