Program Manager

This Program Manager role reports to the Chief Product Officer and requires a proven track record of successfully launching programs. This role requires 25% travel. Core responsibilities include managing complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and maximizing team outcomes. The Program Manager will deliver projects on time, within budget, and at quality standards through strong communication, scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. Additional duties include optimizing resources and processes, leading cross-functional execution, defining goals and metrics, and tracking program performance. They will also facilitate effective meetings and partner with various teams to ensure product readiness. The ideal candidate should thrive in ambiguity, excel at influencing stakeholders, and possess a working understanding of software development lifecycle and product management processes.
