Responsibilities:
- Design and execute stability studies across the entire gummy portfolio, establishing protocols and tracking timepoints against shelf-life targets.
- Validate analytical methods, identifying detection limits and matrix interferences, and push back to find superior solutions.
- Lead price, scope, and turnaround time negotiations with third-party contract testing laboratories.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in R&D, Quality, or Product Development within dietary supplements, food, or regulated consumer products.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a closely related field, with proven expertise in stability study design and method validation.
- Strong communication and ownership skills, with the ability to independently manage specs and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
