New Product Development Formulator, Business Sustaining

Position Summary:

• Owns technical stewardship of the existing product portfolio.
• Ensures compliance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Leads qualification of alternate materials and reformulations.

Essential Functions:

• Supports Operations and Supply Chain to troubleshoot material issues.
• Collaborates with QA to address deviations and non-conformances.
• Manages specifications and documentation in PLM systems.

Qualifications:

• BS in food science, chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in dietary supplements.
• Knowledge of DSHEA and FDA regulations preferred.
