- Provides real-time direction to colleagues to meet project timelines.
- Integrates innovations into design and engineering practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple tasks.
Other Experience & Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical experience in OSP Engineering.
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Fiber and telecommunications industry experience essential.
