Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Project Delivery Leader (PDL) / Operations Leadership Manager to manage projects and project teams within the East Environment Business line. This remote role requires residency within the United States. Reporting to the Director of Operations (DOO), the PDL will act as Project Director, overseeing a portfolio of Environment Business Line projects. Responsibilities include financial planning, safe execution, and delivery of projects at or above financial KPIs, along with evaluating pricing strategies, risk management, and budget forecasting.This role involves providing hands-on support to project managers, including analyzing project costs, billings, and schedules, driving cash flow, and resolving issues. The PDL will ensure the use of appropriate scheduling tools, support PMs in contract management, and drive data quality. Additionally, the role supports proposal development, mentors project controls staff, and fosters career growth for project managers. Consistent project management practices are to be maintained in alignment with AECOM PM requirements.
