Drive architecture, design, and development of scalable, supportable platform solutions as a Full Stack Lead Engineer. Lead a hybrid (onshore/offshore) development team delivering business value through hands-on solution development and active participation in SAFe Agile processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, designers, product owners—to build and maintain Unified Platform applications. Architect and develop scalable, modular components compatible across frameworks and browsers, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Leverage AI coding assistants to enhance productivity, code quality, and reduce development cycle time.
