Job Description

Manages client onboarding and solution deployment.

Serves as a point of contact during the implementation process for new and existing clients, building a strong relationship with client stakeholders.

Ensures setup and adoption of all Safeguard Global technologies and applications.

Manages project progress, ensuring that project deliverables meet client expectations.

Creates and maintains project plans tailored to the client’s needs.

Collaborates with Sales and Customer Success stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement or corrective action where needed.

Provides platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of features and functionalities.

Monitors and manages project progress, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and company quality standards.

Works closely with Customer Success to share client knowledge and ensure a smooth transition into go-live.
