Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform month-end close for Pine Management companies, prepare consolidated financial statements, and assist in variance analysis.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensure GAAP compliance across all reporting, and support integration efforts from a finance perspective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with public accounting and industry mix.
- Experience with multi-entity consolidations, US GAAP, internal controls, and proficiency in accounting software like NetSuite and Excel.
