Content Development:
-Develop blended learning resources (instructor-led + digital)
-Create interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360
-Write clear, concise instructional text and scripts for learning materials
Content Design:
-Design visually appealing slide decks, guides, templates, and job aids
-Develop videos, infographics, and other multimedia learning assets
-Maintain brand consistency across all training materials
Content Review:
-Research industry-related topics and Employment Services best practices
-Validate content accuracy using credible sources
-Review and test e-learning modules for functionality, accessibility, and user experience
