Senior UX Designer

Roadie is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design and development of user experience strategies for the Roadie Driver app. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to gather requirements and create design specifications. You’ll conduct research to guide design decisions, create narratives highlighting user challenges, and develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interaction flows. You'll ensure designs comply with WCAG standards, present design concepts to stakeholders, and provide mentorship to other UX designers. The role also involves maintaining the design system and improving the UX team's processes. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in user experience design, proficiency in Figma, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
