Senior Software Engineer

In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end software development process, including gathering and refining requirements in partnership with business teams. You will write and optimize code, focusing on delivering high-performance, maintainable applications. Automating workflows, troubleshooting issues, and conducting thorough testing are key responsibilities to ensure product quality and functionality. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will contribute to ongoing product enhancements while staying current with evolving technologies. Additionally, you'll foster a collaborative environment by reviewing and providing feedback on team members' work. When working with the team, you will be responsible for processing and transforming healthcare data, converting incoming messages into formats that can be integrated with other systems. You will help maintain a rules-based engine that analyzes these messages to identify relevant patterns and triggers. Additionally, you will support the notification system that sends alerts based on rule matches, as well as manage systems for user administration and patient information tracking.
