Primary Responsibilities:
- Support analysis, design, and implementation of business processes within the VHA.
- Assess current and future state operations, develop new workflows, and monitor improvements for sustained alignment with VHA policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Health Systems Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in a large-scale government integrated healthcare system with substantive Veterans healthcare program involvement.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing operational challenges and implementing effective process redesign strategies.
