Responsibilities:

Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities.
Generate and prioritize product growth hypotheses based on data-driven insights.
Design, run, and analyze growth experiments to validate hypotheses.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable with product metrics and data-driven hypotheses.
Fast learner who quickly adopts AI and automation tools; Upper-Intermediate English.
