Job Role:

  • The role is a senior technical consultant position within the Digital Solutions Consulting team.
  • You will deliver and position solutions to achieve sales objectives for an assigned territory.
  • You will support sales teams in qualifying customer needs and participate across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate product demo scripts and maintain demonstration environments to showcase platform capabilities.
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents and conduct transition briefings for deployment.
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers and partners to enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications & Environment:

  • Requires 2+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in customer service or CRM software.
  • Must have proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions and experience integrating AI into processes.
  • The work persona is flexible or remote for the APAC region, with a distributed work approach emphasizing trust.
