Job Role:
- The role is a senior technical consultant position within the Digital Solutions Consulting team.
- You will deliver and position solutions to achieve sales objectives for an assigned territory.

- Generate product demo scripts and maintain demonstration environments to showcase platform capabilities.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents and conduct transition briefings for deployment.
- Provide mentoring and training to peers and partners to enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications & Environment:
- Requires 2+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in customer service or CRM software.
- Must have proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions and experience integrating AI into processes.
- The work persona is flexible or remote for the APAC region, with a distributed work approach emphasizing trust.
