Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll craft experiences that help customers discover what’s possible with Zapier through intelligent systems, example use cases, and onboarding flows. You’ll create shareable AI-powered templates for roles like HR, Finance, and Sales—and design ways to highlight them across surfaces, including SEO-optimized landing pages. You’ll collaborate deeply with PMs, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers in order to define strategy and execute on high-leverage opportunities. You’ll experiment quickly, test ideas, and iterate—while holding a high bar for usability, quality, and craft. You’ll help define the roadmap, shape customer experiences, and unlock growth in new areas. You’ll influence design standards across the Growth Zone and broader org, and help evolve Zapier’s design system.
