Field Applications Scientist (Central US)

This is a great opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of genomics and omics-based technology that wants to use their knowledge in a different shape of role. Here you will be working with other scientists helping them get the best out of biomodal’s technology and using the knowledge gleaned from this to inform our product development activities. The biomodal Field Applications Scientist (FAS) is responsible for providing best in class training, technical support, and consultation to customers. In this role you will manage the end-to-end biomodal workflow by meeting and working directly with customers. FAS responsibilities will be remote and on customer site, providing pre- and post-sales support associated with complex inquiries and requests, such as: Troubleshooting customer complaints related to biochemistry, Support commercial efforts through technical presentations, seminars, and customer engagement. The FAS role necessitates a high degree of independence with success being measured by the positive experiences and continued scientific successes of our customers.
