Scrum Master

We’re seeking a servant leader and experienced Scrum Master to help guide our Agile Release Train (ART). Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating PI planning sessions, ensuring coordination of dependencies, helping teams align with business goals, and tracking the execution of features and capabilities. You will also facilitate program/project ceremonies, promote collaboration, identify and remove impediments, and foster a culture of relentless improvement and innovation. Additional responsibilities include guiding teams through Agile maturity, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining program-level metrics, coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and promoting the use of Agile tools. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and coordinate with other program leads to manage cross-team dependencies.
