Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be a key member of the global team, working directly with US clients. The UX Lead is responsible for ensuring that the design effort aligns with client’s business objectives, working closely with product management, engineering, and program management. You will work independently, guide other UX designers, and lead UX meetings. Responsibilities include presenting design decisions, managing engagement tools, and fostering strong partnerships with various teams. You will also mentor junior team members, help prepare workshops, and contribute to internal training and practices. Requirements include 5+ years of client-facing UX experience, 3+ years of consulting experience, and expertise with complex digital products. Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills are essential, along with practical knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
