- Partner with product and engineering leadership to align architecture with long-term business strategy.
- Guide technology decisions balancing innovation, maintainability, and performance.
Hands-On Technical Impact:
- Lead complex architectural and design reviews across multiple teams.
- Build reference architectures and technical standards that accelerate velocity.
- Champion modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, observability, security, and reliability.
Cross-Functional Influence:
- Collaborate with the CPTO and senior leaders to define the long-term technical direction.
- Act as a connector between teams, ensuring consistent patterns and shared tooling.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads, helping elevate engineering excellence across the organization.
