Program Coordination and Governance Support:
- Coordinate national Medicaid program planning, governance, implementation timelines, and meeting materials.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and status across participating offices.
Implementation and Readiness Support:
- Support readiness assessments, office onboarding, go-live preparation, and post-launch follow-up.
- Facilitate local adaptation while ensuring consistent program implementation.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Maintain program dashboards, KPIs, readiness trackers, and status reports.
- Summarize trends, risks, progress, and follow-up needs to support program oversight and sustainability.
