Corporate Counsel

As Corporate Counsel, you will lead compliance, privacy, and contracts functions, managing a team and overseeing operational planning and budgeting. You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address legal risks, designing policies for compliance. Contract review and negotiation will be key, drafting agreements for vendors, sales partners, and various company initiatives. You'll act as the Privacy Officer, managing company privacy practices and overseeing audits. You will also manage Percona’s IP portfolio, counsel on trademarks, and partner with HR on employment agreements, staying updated with global regulatory requirements. The position is primarily remote, and some travel may be required.
