Lead Infrastructure Engineer

As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be working on the continuous improvement and operation of our FedRAMP-high compliant infrastructure as well as coaching, guiding and mentoring a team of DevOps Infrastructure Engineers. Because of FedRAMP compliance practices, we are an AWS GovCloud shop. We're looking for a seasoned engineer who will play an integral role in rolling out our next wave of infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate is technically flexible, and vocal in advocating for best practices and optimal design decisions to help us build the best infrastructure possible. We highly value security, automation, and observability and need a Lead who will actively engage in these areas. You will also be responsible for the improvement and maintenance of our Developer team's infrastructure tooling. Your role is to ensure painless testing and deployments. We expect our Lead Infra Engineer to have good coding skills, as we are deepening our automation and operational tooling with time. We use Node/Typescript, Rust, and Terraform internally, the ability to learn these languages is needed!
