Board Member

P1 Trials is seeking accomplished professionals to serve on its Board of Directors. As a Board Member, you will participate in quarterly board meetings, provide strategic input on business development, operational scale-up, and financial growth. You will also review and advise on key corporate initiatives, partnerships, and policies, help evaluate organizational performance and ensure fiduciary oversight. This role also includes serving as a thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership, leveraging personal networks to support business development and visibility, and acting as a brand ambassador for P1 Trials within the research and investor communities. The compensation includes an annual retainer plus additional stipends for committee participation and reimbursement of travel and meeting-related expenses.
