Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitors the At-Risk report to provide additional support to learners.
- Acts as a liaison between functions to assist learners in connecting with academic supports.
- Challenges and support learners in their personal and academic growth.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Demonstrated experience in higher education, counseling, or social work preferred.
