Essential Functions:
- Serve as a trusted guide for students explaining University policies.
- Provide personalized, student-centered support to help each learner stay on track.
- Manage your student caseload with care, using sound judgment and proactive communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of three years of related experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, student or customer-focused environment preferred.
- Background in academic advising and course enrollment within a college or university setting preferred.
Competencies/Technical/Functional Skills:
- Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, adapting tone and style for different audiences.
