• Offer personalized practice interviews and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare students for interviews, including resume conversations.
• Set real-world interview expectations and lead practice sessions.
• Facilitate video interviews and create individualized action plans.

Skills:

• Deliver outstanding student service and maintain excellent communication.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and rapport building.
• Utilize computer literacy and basic computer skills effectively.

Compliance:

• Follow all applicable state laws, rules, and federal compliance requirements.
• Effectively communicate compliance requirements to staff.
• Escalate any compliance concerns promptly.
