Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical projects from requirements gathering through recommendations and implementation support.
- Partner with service centers, product owners, project managers, and other teams to improve experiences.
- Analyze KPIs, product releases, and initiatives using quantitative methods including A/B testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and three years of relevant experience.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical concepts, and business research.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL; Snowflake experience preferred.
