Sr. Engineering Manager

As the Sr. Engineering Manager, you will lead, manage, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers, promoting a culture of rapid innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency. You will work collaboratively with Product Management on the roadmap, ensuring that the timelines proposed are realistic based on the likely technical approach to executing the underlying requirements. You will also oversee the software engineering function for all software properties and customer-facing assets, including managing the software engineering sprint cycles. The role involves acting as a scrum master for pods and helping unblock engineers as needed, from initial planning and design through deployment and ongoing maintenance. You will ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions that meet scope and budget requirements, while actively identifying and addressing technical risks and dependencies. The role also focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, and career development for the engineering team.
