Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAFe Program Manager to lead the successful implementation of our large-scale agile initiatives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) at symplr. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving complex programs to successful outcomes. Lead and guide the implementation of multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders involved in the program. Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across teams, ensuring transparency and clarity in program goals, progress, and challenges. Establish relevant metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program progress, measure success, and make informed decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their engagement and support throughout the program lifecycle.
