Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the creation, planning, prototyping, and delivery of high-impact products and features.
- Own end-to-end payment experiences: From authorization, capture, settlement, and refunds, to reconciliation.
- Define complex problems, develop insights across multiple customer segments, and translate findings into scalable product solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience and/or working with technical teams.
- Knowledge of banking integration and payment processing including ACH, NACHA processing, and various payment channels.
- Experience designing and delivering product integrations, including reading, consuming, and working with APIs.
