Director of People Systems & Analytics

The Director of People Systems & Analytics will oversee strategy related to people technology and data analytics. The role will define and develop the organization’s people systems and analytics strategy, translate HR data into actionable insights, promote self-service environments, and develop reports and dashboards that visually display the performance of the organization’s people goals. Responsibilities include developing a People Technology Strategy, optimizing and scaling solutions, delivering analytics solutions and guidance, providing data stewardship and governance, integrating Responsible AI Tools, championing innovation and experimentation, managing people technology projects, and leading with care.
