Business Analytics Director, Retail

About the Role:

• We're looking for a highly strategic and analytical Business Analytics Director, Retail to join the Ashley Digital data team.
• This role sits at the intersection of data, retail strategy, market intelligence, and business decision-making.
• The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with strategic thinking, equally comfortable building analyses and influencing stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze retail performance across stores, regions, customer segments, and channels to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations around store footprint, expansion, market selection, and promotional effectiveness.
• Lead complex analytical projects from problem definition through execution support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven strategy.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions.
• Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel businesses.
