Manager, Analytics Platforms

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical architecture and configuration standards for your assigned platform.
• Define governance documentation and integration standards across environments.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Marketing to enable self-service and reduce escalations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 6+ years in MarTech, analytics engineering, or platform management.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise platforms like Segment, Google Tag Manager, or LaunchDarkly.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional adoption without direct authority.
