- Report to VP of Medical Services and lead a cohort of psychiatric providers.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Lead the Medical Services Team administratively and clinically.
- Oversee clinical excellence and monitor patient outcomes.
- Collaborate for integrated care and build external partnerships.
The Basics You'll Need:
- Master's degree and PMHNP-BC certification.
- Active license in VA, PA, NJ, or MD; willingness to obtain more.
- 3+ years post-licensure and leadership experience in behavioral health.
