Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Enterprise Applications

Implement and manage the QA process across our enterprise platforms including designing the testing strategy, writing and executing test cases, verifying bug fixes, and generating test reports. Performs as Testing SME for Enterprise Applications that includes Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services. Establish a functional testing approach for feature and regression testing, leads the testing data collection exercise, and produces daily progress/status reports. Partner with business leaders and the development team to align on features and functionality, ensuring ongoing communication throughout the design, implementation, testing, and delivery of enhancements and bug fixes. Create and maintain organized documentation of test results. Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to fully understand technical and functional requirements. Duties also include coordinating with both onsite and offshore QA team members, analyzing test results, writing SQL queries, supporting testing efforts on e-commerce platform.
