UX/UI Designer

You will be joining our design team and working primarily with group product teams to improve how users interact with the features and tools available or being built on Kraken. End-to-end UX and UI design across Kraken, from research and discovery through to wireframes, prototypes, final designs, and implementation. Improve user experience and interface design across complex data-driven areas, helping users navigate and interact with information more effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, PMs, users, clients) to design features, define roadmaps, and align work with broader strategy. Plan and facilitate user research activities such as workshops, interviews, usability testing, and discovery sessions to uncover user needs and pain points. Maintain and improve design documentation, including process guidelines, onboarding materials, and workflow improvements.
