• Keep production systems running flawlessly with continuous monitoring and hardening at scale.

Technology and Innovation:

• Go beyond passwordless by exploring and prototyping phishing-resistant, low-friction authentication.
• Build with AI-native engineering practices as a core part of how the team designs, ships, and tests.

Leadership and Team Growth:

• Lead two identity engineering PODs plus a global support function operating around the clock.
• Build and grow a blended team of full-time engineers and delivery partners, developing talent into bigger roles.

Strategic Vendor and Architecture Management:

• Own key identity and authentication vendor relationships with a clear build-vs-buy perspective.
• Represent identity engineering in cross-functional planning across fraud, product security, member services, and mobile/UX.
