User Experience Designer

About the Job:

• Solve complex technical problems through simple and delightful user experiences at the enterprise level.
• Transform sets of requirements for web applications into highly innovative and compelling user flows.
• Support of UX design colleagues, engineering, and product management.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in user experience design and research.
• Ability to understand complex and technical problems and empathize with users.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.

Additional Competencies:

• Identifying and understanding problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information.
• Creating novel solutions with measurable value for existing and potential customers.
• Demonstrated history of conducting user research, or assisting with the collection of user insights and feedback.
